미세조절다이얼(압착지름 조절)
- 본사 제품의 압착 지름은 눈금이 미세 조정되는 M series vernier ten turn dial로 조정 한다.
- 하나의 주눈금은 압착지름 1mm를 나타낸다. 모든 금형 set의 최소 지름은 0.0에서 시작되어 압착지름 1mm 증가시 다이얼 눈금 1씩 증가된다.
- 미세조정단위는 0.l mm의 정밀도를 가진다.

VERNIER TEN TURN DIAL .
- Crimping diameter in crimper is set with Vernier Ten Turn Dial enabling microadjustment.
- One main scale represents 1mm in crimping diameter. Min. diameter of all dies starts from 0.0 and as 1mm of crimping diameter is increased the position of dial is increased by 1.
- Unit of microadjustment is 0.1mm crimpign diameter.

제어판
- F 스위치로 모드(1.수동/2.반자동/3.자동 작동)를 선택한다
- C, H 버튼은 수동작동으로 압착지름을 SETTING 할 때 사용
- I 버튼은 반자동(1 cycle) 압착을 수행한다.

| A형 스톱 스위치 ( A-Series STOP SWITCH ) |

- 압착에 적합한 위치에 STOP SWITCH를 설치한다.
- 스위치는 누르면 작동되며. 스위치에 의해 밸브를 작동시켜서 압착을(1 cycle)실행한다.
- Install Stop Switch at place suitable for crimping.
- When pushed down this switch starts to operate and makes valve to operate.
Crimping (1 cycle) is carried out accordingly.

| 다이스웨 설치와 교체 ( MOUlTING ANㅁi REPLACEMENT OF DIES) |
- 다이스를 신속하고 정확히 설치, 교체할 수 있다.
- ·고정핀을 당겨서, 다이스를 설치한 뒤, 핀을 놓는다.
- Dies can be mounted and replaced promptly, accurately, and easily.
- Pull holding pin, mount die, and then release the pin.
